There are not clear workout routines, you have to choose muscle you want to train, the meals are awful.
There is absolutely no way to cancel the subscription before the free trial period ends. The result: they charged me, obviously!
I have tried to cancel it in many ways, no chance. I’ll send them an email and complain with apple, but this is clearly a scheme to take advantage of users.
Hardly anything different with the premium vs fee. I feel robbed. Couldn’t get my money back from Apple. Waste of $59!!
I paid for the app for one month. When I went back to the app to review my routine a month later, it made a user purchase. So, I'm guessing once you pay for that month, you have to screenshot routines that this company will hide so you can dish out more money.
Second time it lost how many workouts I did and where I was at for progress. Then it requires about 5-10 minutes of questions to get back in. A COMPLETE DEMOTIVATOR TO USING THE APP.
Overall it’s a good app with helpful workouts. I want to see the ability for me to create custom workouts with the exercises I choose. Like a “you pick” four to five exercises fit an ab workout. Show the muscle group it targets as well. Example for ab workouts group the exercises by upper, lower l, and obliques for abs. I can choose workouts that all don’t need equipment for when I’m at home. Also get rid of the stupid “coach has a gift for you” notifications. Instead just say reminder to workout or something.
