World at War Magazine

There is no customer support in terms of actually resolving the issue. Decision Games doesn’t respond or help. I don’t understand why they are not helping customers. The app should be removed from the App Store. I make a purchase and then the app just spins attempting to deliver the purchase. This happens over and over. I ask for a refund, which Apple does and that is it.

Very simple app to use if you read the instructions on the Strategy & Tactics Press website. They will gladly help with refunds if you struggle to understand the app. They take a little longer if the problem requires the developer to fix. Overall, great quality app.

I subscribed to this and Strategy and Tactics via iTunes. Apps take your money but don’t recognize your subscription but demand another $4.99 to read any magazines downloaded. Multiple requests for help from mag support get no reply. Help Apple!
