A big problem

Can’t get into my account

Match making time too long

I have to wait more than 2 minutes for a match to start.

Terrible, horrible customer support

Restoration of tanks in this game are only entertained by their AI. Clearly when they are the one who is at fault, they still do nothing. In their portal, they said: premium tanks can be restored with credits, collectible tanks restored with gold. However when I want to restore a premium tank with more than sufficient credit, they always give me an automated reply - You do not have enough gold in your account to restore the tank. Think through your thick skulls, and make it make sense creators of WOTB. U expect me to have 3mil gold just to restore a premium tank?? Wake up lol, ur AI is lousy. I will turn down anyone's invitation to this horrible game when brought up. This game is one of the worst in terms of matchmaking. Even a review entertained 4 years ago but did nothing to the matchmaking skills. People who are not advanced in this game should not even be on the same playing field as people who are clearly more superior over them. Statistics prove it all. One of the worst game ever played, wasted my time to download this game.

Can you make the IS-6 with the HD graphics? Because the tank has been in the game for a long time so it needs an upgrade:) thank you

Ideas

Good game. But yall should add some fixes. Like the is-3 the frontal shouldn't be penetrated by the tiger 2.
