No matter what I do, the “trip planner” feature doesn’t work, just freezes the whole app. Also, sadly there is absolutely no way of editing / changing the booking (even if it is to add another night, for example!!) once the purchase has been made…. Booking through the hotel stay ($314) would have been a bit higher (normal price $339), but would have give an opportunity to cancel / change. Overall, I won’t be using this service again, nor the app.

I can’t find the email I received and can’t post in the messages section of my itinerary.

I arrived Thursday and was given a small room but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was not working. I informed the owner and he gave me another room at the same price. I had a wonderful stay and the owner could not do enough for me. Excellent customer service. Needless to say I will be staying again. I highly recommend this Motel. 10/10 Thank you again Andreana

Having to travel around a bit at the moment with very short notice and the ease of use of this app is great without over complicating things. Exactly what I need at this point in time. Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean, comfortable room. Check in good but had to pay £15 for early check in (1 Hour early) bit cheeky.

My flight was cancelled at the last minute and I informed the app that I would not be able to get to the hotel. They offered to refund half of the amount or reschedule for another day. In the end, they were unable to contact the hotel and I was left with no option and lost my money.

The ap won’t allow me to login even though I have gone through the process of creating a new password and received an email confirmation. Now I can’t see what message I have typed to you!

Not impressed with this site I booked at hawks nest realised I had put wrong date tried to change date with no success just wanted to change date but was told I have to pay double will never use this site again
