Time saver… when it works
I started using this app and was really impressed with the ease of use and the time saved compared to logging trips from a laptop. The app does not push notifications to the user when there are issues with synchronization. After I lost three days worth of information, I now check the synchronization log after every entry to ensure the information will make it to the CRM. Synchronization seems to be the biggest issue with the app, often resulting in the app needing to be deleted and reinstalled.
