I am paying $4.99 per month for an app that doesn’t work. It keeps adding the watermark to my video 🤦🏽‍♀️ And customer service is unresponsive. I love the concept but unfortunately, I’m cancelling my subscription. I clicked on “Restore purchase” as suggested and still getting an error message. It’s not fixed 😡

Requested a refund about 5 months ago because I couldn’t use the software due to their format requirements and they wouldn’t issue it for me. They keep saying they’ll give me a refund and they never do. I email them almost every week to remind them to give me a refund and they keep asking me for my PayPal ID for the 10th TIME!! BE CAREFUL! There’s a ton of software that can do the same same with BETTER customer service.

The Wrapr app is very easy to work with. Use pics or vids already in your camera roll or record one on the fly and wrap it!! It comes preloaded with several categories of free graphics. I purchased the upgrade to unlock ALL the Wrapr graphics! So worth it!! All professionally created covering just about every industry. Plus you can add your own custom text(fonts, colors, size, transparency!!). This app is a winner and I know it will continue to deliver!! Thx Wrapr Team!!!! Rob J

This App is Game Changing! Ever since This App Launched It been hard to put my phone down and already created my content for the week! Highly recommend downloading this app. There’s no other app out like this one!!!
