I’m so sad to see this app get abandoned. I’m not sure why since I have Word, Evernote and a score of other notes apps to choose from. Nostalgia, I guess. For some reason Write had become my recipe app. It’s a good thing I’m not much of a cook, but regardless, ASAP I need to move my files elsewhere. No kidding, on her deathbed my mom dictated her fudge recipe to me which I put into Write. That was 5 years ago (already). Goodbye, Write. You were a good friend.
Do not get this app, did not receive the app. Purchased it and did not receive anything!!!!!!!!! Shady business!!!!!!!!
the Send is always greyed out. defeats the purpose. i asked for a refund
After 6 years of use the App crashes constantly. Have tried reaching out to the developer repeatedly and get no response. Deleting app, deletes all data. Also discovered that even though I had set app to sync with Dropbox it no longer was actively syncing. Lost many files and data. The Lite version is unusable as ads continuously take over the screen and are timed so you cannot “X” out until the timer expires.
Can you please update app and add the capability For creating a new passcode/ password ? My Password Doesn't work ? I paid for this WRITE-NOTE APP and now I am unable to sign in. There’s been so many times this app has deleted my work. I regret paying for this app even if it was so long ago. How many chapters have you stolen from me? I keep rewriting and it keeps deleting. Awful.
totally bad changed the app completely.
Can’t seamlessly scroll without it breaking mid stride. Takes forever to reach end of writing. App crashes if I try to delete a writing from the menu. This used to be the best writing app I had, now it’s crap.
This was an app I had downloaded ages ago, back when I had an iPhone. And I seem to remember it working well. However, now I have redownloaded it on my iPad. A random blank file titled "Emergency" is on the app, and I can't delete anything because it causes the app to crash. I tried to make the most of this by changing the title of the Emergency file to what I wanted, only to reopen the app and see the file that I changed the name to, and a brand new Emergency file next to it. I gave this two stars only because I know I enjoyed the app back when I first downloaded it. But this is honestly impossible for me to work with.
