The concept is old and not user friendly. I waste alot of time trying to teach customers the best way to use. You need to redesign this app asap

System works great! Having some issues with the new app. I was able to rename sources 1-6, but 7 - 12 won’t change? I have tried multiple times. They change in the settings and zone renaming, after applying save and go back to main screen, 7-12 still read zone 7-12

The new App works perfect with my WS66i and M66-EXT system , big improvement and the new GUI definitely much more easier to use, thanks Soundavo to make it happen, good job

Purchased the WS66i amplifier system and follow the instructions video on YouTube, very easy to setup and the UI looks good, available to control the device for selecting input sources & zone, the built-in streamers and EQ is great function, we’re enjoying this system.

I really liked the new version and would like to see it come back! The new look version looked great and worked after I manually entered the IP address for my system. The auto IP find function was slow. Switch back to the new look version please!

The Soundavo app updates today. No instructions on the new app and it wipes out everything from the old app. You must reprogram all your rooms and sources. Next the app will not connect to the amp. After many attempts I did get it to connect but it keeps disconnecting when the app is closed. Each time before you can use the app to run the system you must manually reconnect! 😡

No, no, NO!! Very worse app I have ever owned. I installed this system in my home. It’s a little clumsy, difficult to learn and use, but after a year I finally had my family grudgingly using it. They just did an auto app update — 100% completely unusable. Do NOT ever buy this system or use this app.

An update of the app is extremely necessary.

No instructions and does not connect. Just doesn’t work, disappointing

I purchased a whole home audio system for my new house with 2 of these amps and 32 Speakers so cover my whole house. The hardware of these amplifiers are great but they made much worse because of this app. I have used this app for three days now and it looks outdated, fees outdated, and is very glitchy. Some suggestions to make it not so awful to use: 1) When any user changes the name of a source or zone, make it update that name on all other users phones and on the zones that currently have that zone assigned. 2) Party mode is a good idea but I don’t know or have any way to see which source all the zones are going to pick to start playing. Or if that’s even what it does at all. 3) There are no instructions whatsoever in the app or online so if you have any questions you have to email the support team, and they have been helpful but a tutorial of how to use the app would’ve a long way. 4) Sometimes when you assign a zone a new source you have to do it twice for it to work properly. So overall big fixes like that 5) Linking two amplifiers together has proven to be very difficult in the app because again there are no instructions, I’m just having to figure it out as I go, and I’m a technologically savvy individual and I haven’t figured it out yet. Overall the hardware this app runs is great, this app itself is a huge headache to use which nullifies the usefulness of the hardware.
