WSAZ Weather

I love that this app gives specific weather for your area but with warnings and watches it needs the ability for choose your location only so you don’t get loads of notifications for the whole viewing area. It makes you get lax because they don’t say WHERE the warning is for and you get them all. I live in Ky and got about 12 tornado warnings today and they were all for WV. By the 8/9th one, I quit paying attention. That’s not helpful for your viewers.

The WSAZ weather app is very good with what it presents. Personally I would like to have the weather fronts show along with the speed that they are moving. The same applies to the TV weather. It’s mentioned briefly but it seems like the weather is rushed in order to get to something happening in a different place in the USA and sometimes in the world. To me it’s supposed to be a local news broadcast.

We in Ashland KY don’t get KY TV stations so WSAZ is our go to for weather it’s the only WV station that covers us in KY. Thank you WSAZ.❤️

The accuracy of forecasts even only a day ahead are not reliable enough to plan for a drive thru lemonade stand!!!
