I love the simplicity and the convenience of the online mobile banking app.
I love this app’s layout since it got revamped a while ago. My only issue is that 50% of the time the app won’t load which means my balance won’t update and I can’t check any messages. Extremely frustrating. I try the app on the phone and iPad but they simply won’t refresh. Sometimes I have to wait a day just to be able to see my balance because the app won’t refresh.
After switching bank back in the day, we finally settled with Watrust. One of the best things we’ve ever done. And we never looked back. When some crooks tried to hijack our account, Watrust was right there to get us through everything. Always friendly. With this bank we feel like a customer, not just a number.
Super easy to use!!!! This app does it all. Really love the way information is displayed and how easy paying my bills is.

I have been using this app for years. Works well and allows me to keep my bank even though I don’t live in Spokane anymore. Still live in the state though and have always liked WaTrust. Gave me loans when I needed them over the years.
Not everyone can afford a new phone! Please make your app compatible with iPhone 7 again.

I’ve been with Washington Trust for 15 years. I started my accounts in 2008 Superior bank with very professional staff my contact there has been there the whole time I’ve been banking. His name is Jeff LaCoss and I am blessed to have him as my personal banker. All the staff are excellent and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about them and their response to my needs.
