The Weight Watchers Scale by Conair™ app is a companion app to our Body Balance Bluetooth Diagnostic Scale. Easily track your weight, body fat, body water, bone mass and BMI (Body Mass Index). See everything at a glance on the dashboard, or go in depth with graphs and charts.
Wirelessly and automatically syncs your weight to the Weight Watchers® app if you’re a member. Or sync your weight, BMI and body fat measurements to Apple® Health and allow all your favourite health and fitness apps to access your data and make tracking quick and easy.
Simply open the app, tap “Connect to Scale” and step on – the scale syncs all data to your app and you can review by day, by week, by month or by year. Having all your measurement results at your fingertips helps make it easier to get where you want to be!
iOS 13 Warning: We are aware of an issue where users upgrading from iOS 12 to iOS 13 are losing access to their historical data in the WW Body Analysis Scale Tracker app. Our team is working quickly to resolve this issue for all users. In the meantime, we've added a new feature in release 2.0 that will allow you to export your data from the app to a spreadsheet. To access this feature click the chart icon in the top left of the Dashboard to access the 'Readings' screen with your historical data. From there, tap 'Export' in the top right of your screen. We recommend that any users who want to upgrade to iOS 13 first export their data with this feature prior to upgrading.

Waste of money

WW300A does not sync with Bluetooth. Unable to setup for all data. Will only give you weight. Do not buy.

Bought scales. Registered for app. Won’t go past blue screen after log in

App does not load! Log in then get blank blue screen. Would not recommend.

No stars Just bought the scale to be able to log data. App won’t load, blue screen. About to take the scale back to where I bought it

Doesn’t work

Not o oh is this App poorly built from a user interface perspective it just doesn’t work. Created account logged in and just get a solid blue screen with nothing. Have also been unable to Bluetooth the scales to my device so overall a terrible product I would not recommend

App just straight up doesn’t work, biggest waste of money 100 dollar scales that only show you your weight

Absolute Rubbish

I have been using the expensive scales and app ok since I purchased it. I went away for 3 weeks and when I came home nothing worked not even the app as it had disappeared from my phone. I’m trying login it won’t let me, so I follow the steps to reset and recover my user name nothing. Still does not work!!!!!! I’m fed up to the teeth being ripped off and completely stuffed around by these companies which basically have anything to do with the medical fraternity.

Would be great if you could actually remove an old scale to connect to a mew one

No customer service everything says read the FAQ, the FAQ has no info of course, can’t remove the scale and can’t add a new one till the old one’s gone so guess ill take the scale back get my money back

Can’t login or register

Cannot login or register after downloading the app.

Set up...

I also had a blank screen come up when I went to register the app. I swiped down on the screen and it reloaded and came up. It also glitched on the height entry and I had to close the app and restart it to get that to work. Hopefully it runs smooth from now.

So far so good

Setting up the scales and app was easy to use. No problems really. Just need to wake up the scales when trying to connect with app on phone. Looking forward to keeping track of weight loss progression. The bad reviews makes me wonder about the competency of the operator/user. Quite often people don’t have patience & expectations are unrealistic.
