it’s a shame there’s no care for this app, there’s still issues with images loading, it’s constantly logging you out and glitches when you try to log in until you delete the app and redownload

I can never login to the app. It never works.
This repeatedly refreshes and prompts me to subscribe or log in, I cannot read any articles.
How is this a fashion app?? photos are terribly pixelated, please fix. I dearly miss the print version.
I’ve uninstalled multiple times and the app will not fully load.
WWD is an exceptional news source, but the app was clearly designed by a committee. The Home tab is incoherent, the For You tab often forgets who I am, Runway is never updated, Sections is at best a sitemap (groundbreaking) and the Digital Daily is a basically pdf of the print edition. The best use of this app would be as a case study for a design school on how not to do build an app. It’s a tragedy really, the WWD app could easily be the go-to for the industry. Designers: combine Home and FYP into a feed with sticky filter preferences, single column, infinite scroll, no footer, and bury the rest in a burger. An unread signal would babe nice too.
When you click the articles only the first image loads then there are huge gaps between the words where I assume photos are supposed to be- I thought it was just my phone but my friend also found this problem on their phone . The fashion photos won’t enlarge - with the vogue runway app they will- I wish wwd would add this feature to at least their runway and streetwear section. The selection of daily articles and content are very good .
I am also having a problem not being able to login and am paying for a subscription. WWD customer service said they cannot help and I have to go through Apple support. Who can help fix this bug ASAP??? You bug fix from 1 day ago has not fixed the issue!!!!!
Seriously you people work in the fashion industry with countless visually creative people and cannot bother to hire a proper app developer? Seriously fix your APP UI it’s bleak darling. I’ll stick to the pdf version emails
