Wynn Resorts

This app does NOT let you check into the Vegas Wynn. It does NOT give you a digital room key. It does NOT get you into parking. It basically does nothing useful. Instead you still have to wait in line to check in which took me over an hour and half because this hotel doesn’t have working kiosks and the front desk is woefully understaffed.

Simply does not work.

This app is so glitchy. The online check in user experience is terrible. I uploaded my drivers license to verify my identification. It didn’t work. Then I tried to use of the other options from the app…using Google. After going thru the full process I got an error stating that Google does not comply to the ID.me security policy. Then why is it an option on the app? I don’t think the person who developed this app has ever tried to use it…or traveled. Period.

I cannot update my birthdate or account number on the app

Just keeps loading if to try to go anywhere other than the home page..

Getting tired of deleting and downloading this app over and over. Fix it already

There is a glitch when I booking a room it will take forever, and it will not show anything.. Hope we will have new updates

They purposely making the app unusable to not allow guests to lock in rewards earned from money they have spent.

this app is unusable. it freezes constantly and it’s impossible to do anything. what a real bad look for this hotel
