Eventually tried booking a room in Las Vegas, and yet even though I easily have the required points to book a number of nights, it then tells me my VIP level isn’t high enough so I’m not allowed to reserve a room. Speak to support and it transpires that this app isn’t actually affiliated with the Wynn at all, and I then get a succession of cut and pasted email replies basically sending me round in circles. Little point in playing and racking up points when you can’t actually use them for what you want.

I enjoy this slot game. There’s a good variety of games and decent rewards at the end of it. It does take a while to amass the gems and you do have to have an in game spend to be able to book a room. However the Wynn is a fabulous place to stay and definitely worth the in game spend. Aside from that the customer service is fast and fair in the response to queries.

Nicely designed app, good games. Rewards are hard to come by, and require cash spend to achieve vip status required for redemption. better value to just book some other hotel without wasting your time and money on this app.

Can’t make the trip to Vegas due to Covid restrictions. Spent £150 on the game to gain ‘free’ room. Wynn Slots won’t allow a reschedule. Company shown blatant disregard for paying players and clearly have no morals. People should stay well clear of this game and the awful customer service
