It’s impossible to add funds. Customer service isn’t helpful. How do they stay in business if you can’t even deposit any money. To use the online banking connection they want to know: your balances at the beginning of the most recent business day, as well as all posted and pending transactions. Deposits, payments, fees and rewards may also be included. Keep in mind: Transaction descriptions may contain account numbers. What a joke!

I was excited because I’m in NY and this app is supposed to work there. But, I’ve spent almost an hour trying to get past the know your customer screen. It just doesn’t work. I keep clicking through, uploaded my ID, and it says everything is verified, but won’t let me click “continue”. Every time I press the continue button, nothing happens. If I exit the app and retry, it brings me right back to the same screen. Wynn does something like $3B a year in revenue. Is it really that hard to make an app that people can easily create an account for? Going back to fanduel.

False bonus promises and hardest app to get your money out.

They don’t offer a sign up bonus. That should tell you enough. They have a minimal amount of markets. And withdraw is much easier on every other app. Did I mention they don’t have a sign up bonus????

Been using the app in Mass since the beginning. Like much of it, especially that the lines are often a little different than other books. Main aggravating issue is that it constantly logs me out. If I go to look at a different site and come back 5, 10, 15 seconds later, I’m logged out. Happens constantly. No other site has this issue. Would give 5 stars if this didn’t happen anymore.

Like others have mentioned, my account didn’t transfer over from the disabled Arizona app. I cannot log in, and customer service cannot help. I cannot get my money out. This has been a known issue for over a month and I have no choice but to contact the Arizona Attorney General.

Betting is no longer available in 8 of it’s 11 states and if you try to withdraw your money the app just freezes
