The app is easy to use and shows the offering I have subscribed. Along with how to cont IWyze and claim.

The App is just terrible overall. First it not really an App as it just resembles a web page. The messages don’t clear as you read them. I still have messages marked as unread even though I’ve read them and actioned. Overall just a terrible user experience. Needs to improve massively

Been trying to do the self inspections for the past few weeks and it's not allowing me. Keeps saying unknown error is preventing me.

All the time when I want to view/edit my policy it keeps on saying processing request and it never opens so I end up not even seeing my beneficiaries, are you guys tempering with our beneficiaries because that it very concerning?

I have tried to register and it tells me my ID number is not registered on the system. Strange and frustrating at the same time. I emailed old mutual. Waiting for a response
