X Air iEQ

I have X18 and use this app. It is a great app however it does not work on ios16. Please either update it or suggest me an updated app if you have announced any other app.

Developers I want a refund. This app doesn’t even open up. Please refund.

Love it! Yes, you should be able to tune your system to a room by sight and sound... but this app can do it in 10 seconds and pretty much be dead nuts. Multiple venues I’ve been in people have complimented on the clarity of our sound and I grin knowing it was partly due to this software. I really wish they would write the same auto eq for Allen & Heath QU series and Soundcraft ui24r. I would gladly pay for those platforms!!

I have this app for a couple of months & finally got a chance to use it in the field, it was like magic according to the lead singer he said “ I don’t know what he did but the monitors were sounding muddled then it got clear “ so thank you & keep up the good work.

Seriously, I never write reviews, but this app, saves you from wasting time and blasting pink noise for long periods of time. The corrected eq curve is heavenly. I will use this at every show. It’s so simple and effective.

It connected easily to my mixer once I set the IP address. I took a couple of minutes to look through all the options. Next I piped pink noise into the mixer. Then I selected the options that seemed most appropriate and the app setup the mixer’s EQ. It was not very complicated. This is a one purpose app and it accomplished that purpose. I’ll try using this at the next gig. Thanks to the developer for making apps for this brand of mixers.

Make your band sound as good as it can, and make people wonder how you do it. We all think we know how to set up the EQ right? I mean what drummer doesn't know how to make the FOH sound great? Uh, that would be me. So I have been making the band sound better ever since I got an XR18 because it's a killer unit. But it's always been hard to really get a good proper EQ Not any more. Now it takes 10 seconds and BAM, it sets you up perfectly. Then, you can also then push "save", and that room will always sound good from now on. And for $9? It's a bargain the first time you use it. Hint. It's got a slight learning curve in getting it set up, so play with it in the studio a few times before the first gig- cuz once it's set up, it's virtually a 10-second deal. Also- if you run a mac and have LogicX on board, you have a built it "pink noise" generator.

Five stars. Does what it says, easy to use. In my application I play in and also run sound for a small pop music group playing small venues. We use a Behringer XR-18 mixer. I always have an older iPad running into the XR aux ins, primarily as a source of music during breaks. Before a gig I run a pink noise generator on the iPad, out the mains. I stand back about 2/3 of the room with my iPhone and use the auto eq on XAIR IEQ. In well under a minute I've got the mains EQed to a known curve that I can then fine tune. What a time saver.
