Second time my order is cancelled. First time I placed an order they day before and it was cancelled as there was no car available. This time my order was accepted but 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time I am told the car will be late and I need to wait for at least another 15mins...I guess you need to book at least a week in advance to secure a car.

The app is easy to use and the ride is good!

Booked a taxi yesterday. Confirmed in the app soon after. Look at it today and it’s gone. No way of contacting and now not sure if I still have a booking... Confirmed with CS that it’s still booked. Needs to fix ASAP. Also they should also send email confirmation on these scheduled bookings and any changes. The app shouldn’t be the only source to see your booking. The UI needs a lot of improvement. Layout looks wrong in IOS 13.1

App is user friendly for advance booking Driver was polite, helpful, and on time. Will definitely hire again.
