The app doesn't work

I can't log in...

Had a amazing time Staff was very helpful

I had an incredible time at Xel-Há today and want to give a special shout-out to Antonio Diaz, one of the lifeguards that was manning Trepachanga station, who went above and beyond to retrieve my fiancée’s sunglasses after she dropped them in the water. His kindness made our visit even more memorable! From cliff diving and zip-lining to swimming in the caves and exploring everything the park has to offer, we had an absolute blast. 10/10 would visit again! If you’re ever in Mexico, I highly recommend adding Xel-Há to your must-visit list.

The app is not working, it keeps on loading. I needed our family photos, we paid for the photo pass.

App doesn’t work

Paid for photos, and cannot log in to get them. Cannot report the problem as App Store will not allow a quality issue to be reported on a no charge app. Developer website link does not take you to a site that allows reporting of problems. Disappointed in the app and App Store on this one. Have emailed the company directly hoping this gets fixed. If we don’t get what we paid for we have no choice but to report the tour company for fraud.

App does not open

App does not open on my iPhone 13 (iOS 17.6.1)

No map?

Can’t find a map of any of the parks on this app even though in the photos for the app it literally shows there being maps you can look at.

Not Opening

App won’t even let me log in or open on an IPhone 13 mini…. It use to open no problem. What happened?

Buying tickets

It was very confusing trying to buy tickets on line. I thought we we’re buying them for all day and the night show. It turns out we only bought the night show ones. I called and the fellow I was talking to was not very helpful, but once we got in the park it was great. The restaurant we went to was really good. A great variety to choose from. I wish I had more time to see everything

App doesn’t work without internet

App is useless without internet and you don’t have internet in most of the park. If you close it, you won’t be able to open it again until you get internet

Can NOT open with iphone 13pro

Fix it please! Thanks!
