Worst xCube Since last one week I was calling daily 10 calls but they didn’t receive my single call

I have had reported an issue during my login to the app, They didn’t accept that there is an issue until i provided record to my mobile screen and since then 8 days pasted without any feedback from there size , Only replying with this message. We are still in the process of resolving the issue. We assure you we will contact you as soon as we have fixed the issue. We appreciate your patience.

Since yesterday I have been trying to open the app. Either it doesn’t open at all. If it does, it asks to change password but doesn’t allow me to change. When declaring country and city of birth, it doesn’t accept the city. I have been struggling since yesterday to just complete the formalities of registration

I deposited money but it doesn’t appear in the app and when you talk to customer support they don’t respond don’t fall for it

If you are a trader, try avoiding this application, their commission and broker charges are highest in the market and the processing takes time. 3days for transaction

I am tried to contact them by mail but they are not replying to the mail.And tried to contact there call centre that also same like they are not picking up the call.And also they are cutting to much moneys for all small transaction.

I will update my rating, so bad, they take from you commission every time you buy shares, and the surprise is that they even take commission when you sell your shares??? So what is my benefit if I want to buy and sell in a short-term? You will lose money even if the company shares increased.

I follow all instruction to make the app working in Arabic language but it doesn’t work I hope to solve this problem as soon as possible

Can’t wire transfer to fund the account

I have requested Xcube for transfer my securities from DFM to Xcube for trading from Last one month, Not yet done.
