I wish I hadn’t had to use this company given the ratings, but I had no choice from the supplier. The app requires full registration to “change delivery date” or “leave instructions for delivery”. Change delivery date only gives 48 hours leeway - useless if one only has limited availability. The “leave instructions for delivery” in the app just crashes the app each time. They’ve had years to improve this app, given previous reviews, and it’s still useless

I genuinely do not know why any business still uses this company. The website does not work, the delivery instruction details are so confusing and when you download the app and input all your details, it will not allow you to do anything! If you try to add delivery instructions the app crashes! I waited four weeks for a delivery previously and again they are two weeks late delivering an item even though they have already had it for three weeks. USELESS!!

The app crashes when you try to add any sort of delivery instructions. Was unable to receive my order as I couldn’t convey the access code to the driver.

Working in IT for over 26 years I like to think I know a thing or two about apps but this one takes the biscuit. I only download it to update the delivery instructions but the app cannot even do that without crashing

I was waiting for a big parcel which should be delivered from this company. Never get an information where my parcel is. I tried via this app and nothing works with that app! There are very bad reviews about this company, so the app makes the very same! Its a nightmare delivering-service as the app is….

Rubbish company for deliveries. Rubbish app. Click on instructions for redelivery, throws you out. Unable to in contact with them. Sent support email. Heard nothing back.

Review for XPD I had a terrible experience with XPD. Their customer service is unresponsive—they don’t answer phone calls or live chat messages. On top of that, my order was not delivered as promised. The lack of communication and reliability is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend XPD to anyone looking for dependable delivery services.

Rubbish service and app. ‘Failed attempt of delivery’ because they couldn’t find the address? But we live on a main road. It said you could add delivery instructions through the app but it crashes every time you use it.

Downloaded to track a parcel. Registered an account and verified via email. Still won’t let you log in

It is supposed to show updated delivery tracking. It is not being updated, there is no use for it.
