Can’t transfer pictures
I bought this camera thinking it would be easy to transfer the photos, downloaded this app for the camera. All I can say is it’s impossible to do so. So disappointed

Software features:
1. Live Preview motion DV video screen.

Video features include loop recording, time-lapse recording.
Photography can be slow depending on the resolution of fun setting
4. Set the motion DV terminal directly related settings, such as exposure, white balance and so on.

6.The software also can be made without connecting motion DV status, pictures or video files have been downloaded.

Needs more instructions
I have the 4k ultra W01 cam and I can’t get the pictures from the app and i dont see the WiFi makes no sense needs lots of work…
Update needed to get videos off of camera
It worked well the first time and now that I’m trying to transfer other videos from the camera to the app the app keeps crashing. Is there another way to get the videos off the camera without the app?
App doesn’t view & download photos
App doesn’t connect with camera. Doesn’t allow me to view and/or download photos off camera, as promised when purchasing the camera.
Downloading
It takes forever to download onto the camera and then I am unable to download from the camera the app just keeps crashing.

Every time I go to even open the video it closes like fix this
Same Issues as another Reviewer
Camera control works on but no way to view or download media recorded without the phone connected. Useless as an action camera software for this reason.
Guys
The way you do it is get SD to lightning adapter for like 8 bucks. Do not try to transfer your data wirelessly. Cam controls and system work just fine.
