Been using for a while, really like it.

This is not even working on iPhone the user interface is so bad … I put my user id clicked on forgot password, it prompts me to put user id and registered mobile number and then whatever tabs it has its hidden behind, can touch or do anything .. continuously shows login error. Highly disappointed app developer and apple store both should check the user interface before going in production. Useless app

This app offered a good and smooth platform to me. Loved the app thanks for making my life easy when it comes to prepaid metering.

Ui is confusing and doesn’t have options to payment with paytm and other upi payment.

If you are earning well why don't you invest in your app and make it better. Society are forcing to use your app and its not working at all wastage of time

Its just impossible to use. Try resetting password. And all the fields overlap making it impossible to type OTP or submit requests. Needs a lot of work to make it usable, leave the ease of use apart.

This app is not working in any device from past 2 days ? This is what you have developed ?

Whenever I have to recharge from this app I have to fight a battle with that so many errors sometimes it’s show invalid I’d no function working properly I don’t know why they don’t upgrade that even 1star is more that app.

At final step after writung the amount to be paid and applying code there is no option of confirm the payment. Previously by some methods like screen Minimizing , switching to other app shows the confirm option after reswitching the app but now after this update not getting the option of confirming payment in iphone x.
