The system is great except something has recently changed and getting to the approve button after auto generate has become a challenge and makes it difficult to even finish the work flow. Have tried multiple ways to correct. The text size isn’t the issue. The button is there but at times unable to get down to hit it and then it wipes out all of the auto generate and have to redo it and hope for the best.

They must be paying the software devs low because the app constantly crashes and signs me out for no appearance reason and when trying to log back in it’s an authentication nightmare with multiple two step verifications required because it’ll just flat out freeze causing me to have to close the application several times before I can do any amount of meaningful work.

Something changed on the app and now you have to specifically click on the “+” symbol to add notes, pictures, etc. Before, you used to be able to click anywhere on the specified field and were able to add picture and notes. Tremendously slows down the workflow! Cause you have to aim and click on a precise location. Please revert this back! Thanks.

This is the best tool I have used in my 15 years in the HVAC industry. The customizable features in the app wotks perfectly for me. The app captures a lot of useful information for my customer and myself. and the support I have received has been second to none.

This app is inefficient, loading pictures even with good reception is slow. The inability to load PDF files from app for logs is a problem. The only option is to load pictures for logs an this looks very unprofessional. Also searching through older work orders is a pain. I feel very sorry for my Technicians who have deal this platform.

Unable to see what you are typing . Keyboard is in the way after a few sentences.

I been using this app for 3 years and today I find you change the top menu then force and review while I am trying to fill out my paperwork. Stop messing with the menu . It’s becoming a joke

Screen used to rotate in any position. Has there been an update that has made screen fixed in vertical position? All other apps rotate on iPad

This app was not bad at first but now I feel like I’m wasting my life on it… truly feels like it. I am currently writing this while waiting for the app to load up and to upload my work flow. Once I upload my work flow it doesn’t even load up my picture to the job I created. Worst app.
