Even asking for more contact info (address and phone number) to be changed for 3 days…..

After using xonder for a couple of months my account was frozen for no reason. I tries to close the account down and re coup my remaining balance but no one would reply to emails or phone calls. After a month I logged on to see what was going on and a message appear on the home screen saying “Xonder will steal your money” and another saying “close your account”. Till this day i havent recovered my funds and i still have access to my account with no ability to transfer or do anything. Please do not fall for this scam. If you have this app transfer your funds away and close the account.

Iv raised 6 support tickets and sent 3 emails as you can’t speak to one person all I want to do is update my phone number how hard can it be ffs

First of all you can never get through to speak to anyone when you have a problem keep saying phone lines are unavailable and that I should use the chat and when I do I never get a response I wanted to simply change my number and I can’t because no responds !

Please avoid this bank payment not coming up scam scam scam

After having a payment send via bank transfer it left her bank and never entered mine… basically no customer service so impossible to contact to advise why! I would NOT recommend this business account

Xonder makes it so much easier for me to get paid and and spend money and budget 10/10 I will highly recommend this to everyone and they have an amazing overdraft and keeps me updated on my transactions

I love this app and the features involved. They really though about the 1099 workforce when putting this one together. Wether you’re an Uber driver/Doordash deliverer or general contractor it doesn’t matter. You’re gonna love using this and tracking expenses without saving those paper receipts! Thanks Xonder for saving me so much time and effort on my taxes for years to come!

Xonder is a very easy to use banking app for my business. All the questions you may want to ask is litterally in the Xonder app already . I love how I can mark things as a business purchase once I buy a item to improve my business & I get a percentage of that money back on my taxes .
