我的手機是iPhone 15, 用XOSS apps 連接 XOSS NAV, 點選「路書」進入路書的列表後，按下「導入GPX」按鈕，選好GPX檔案之後, XOSS apps 變突然停止運作，手機自動跳出到手機的主畫面？是不是你們更新了app後的問題？ 還是新的固件？因為之前是可以的。

Cannot sync the track record, it can be found in the meter, however, cannot sync with the xoss app and also the strava.

完成訓練後所顯示的「平均移動速度」和「平均速度」數值是一樣的 ，應該兩者都是用了「總時間」， 「平均移動速度」沒用「移動時間」去計算

In VER 3.9.2 Historical activities cannot be transferred by the upload/share button, which allows you to export the .fit file. and then upload the file manually to Strava!!

The QR code in the manual direct me to this APP. But it has no option to connect to NAV.

Can you update new computer xoss nav for the apps connect?

It didn't find any ride data from the M2, I am sure I have started and stop the recording after the ride, besides, when clicking the setting, it says the system is busy, what happen? In the Profile, I can not change the user name and Location.

Hi, I found it failed to sync my ride today. It said it has all been sync but the ride record is not in the app. I cannot sync it again because it considered all has been synced. Then I deleted the app, downloaded it again from AppStore, and installed it. But then it failed to login. I have verified many times and confirm the ID and password are correct. But it keep saying login failed. Then I clicked “forgot password “ but it failed to send email to me to reset my password. It keeps saying “send email failed”. This is very annoying. Can you please fix this ASAP?? Thanks.
