Overall a very good App. Thank you! Only one comment - The new version with Post feature does not allow downloading of an individual photo. When downloading, all the photos in that post have to be downloaded. It is not very convenient when a parent only wants to download the photo of their children. The older version with Observation feature allows individual photo downloading. If this can be updated, that would be great.

I personally really like the xplor app for monitoring my child’s learning at daycare. It delivers notifications and provides updates in a very convenient way. However the most recent update has a couple of annoying features. One being when photos are posted. For some reason I no longer have the option to download individual photographs of my child, instead, I have to ‘download all media’ in the post and then delete all of the images that are not of my child, that I don’t want to keep. Small thing but rather annoying and this wasn’t a problem pre update.

The latest update means you can’t download individual photos (you can only download the whole album with everyone else’s kids) and you can zoom in on photos. Please fix!!!

This app was fantastic. But in the most recent update, they changed the photos to show in a modal context. You can’t scroll through the photos in a “preview” mode anymore, you have to open the modal instead. Once in the modal context, you can’t zoom in on the individual photos without it scrolling to the next photo automatically. Then when you go to download a photo it downloads the entire album with everyone else’s kids! I feel the devs forgot to do basic QA on this update. In all other ways it’s still a great app.

This app has been amazing. The recent update is terrible though. The photo layout is significantly worse than how it was prior to the update. Removing the ability to download a single photo of my child and instead forcing me to download all photos in an album is a downgrade. The fact that I can’t expand photos beyond the very small window (was it even tested on a phone?!) is also a downgrade compared to previous version. Make changes and I will happily rate 5 stars again.

This app used to be great. But now you can’t download individual photos, and you can’t exit out of the photo carousel without force closing the app. Please provide fixes!

The latest update has made the image gallery unusable, you can’t zoom in or view pictures close up properly, plus you have have to download an entire gallery of dozen of photos of other peoples kids. Please fix this issue guys!

I really like this app and being able to see things my child is tagged in during their days at daycare. One thing I don’t like about the latest update is not being able to download individual images - I seem to be only able to download all media which is not what I want to do. Please bring back the feature to download selected images only.

Was good before but now there are significant privacy issues as you have to download an entire album of day photos to get one or two of your child, instead of manually selecting them. God knows how many random parents now have photos of my child on their phone/cloud. Also cannot expand any photos properly without downloading first as above.

The latest update does not allow photos to be downloaded individually. I don’t want to have to download 40+ pics of unnecessary things and then slowly delete them. Why can’t there be a simple option to only select the picture you want and download ONLY that one. On top of that, it’s a data and storage killer.
