I’ve been a fan of Sam and Colby for a few months now and I really wanted to use this app! But, I can’t pay $20 a month as I have no way of earning money and I can’t get a job. If you could remove the price or just make it cheaper that would be awesome!

I love the content and Sam and Colby, but am currently on a free trial as the price is a bit high, probably won’t continue a subscription. The app is currently not opening and just stays on the opening screen so there’s no way for me to take advantage of my current access. I have already tried reinstalling/reopening the app. Slightly disappointing. Will update my review if the problem is solved.

I wish it wasn’t $30 a month bc I don’t have much money but I hope you guys lower the price so that fans with less money then others can also afford it. Thank you snc, live you guys.

$30AUD a month subscription for only a handful of BTS content? The app lags out, if you exit the app sometimes to check a message, and then return back to the app, it has to load from beginning again and closes what you were doing. There’s no place to redeem the “HELLWEEK” code for $1 sub this month, even on desktop… So unfortunately on that note, I won’t be subbing after my 7 day free trial. Sorry boys! It’s not worth the money even if I could afford $30 a month. </3

It’s amazing to get a better insight of you guys and get to see behind the scenes however i and other fans are poor 😃. Even if the price could be brought down to $5 a month or something as such. It’s still amazing and congrats for having you literal own app!! <3
