Avoid this exchange at all costs. Their platform is freezes in the middle of trades and allows unauthorized use of your funds. when you report an issue, the “support team” responds in terrible English translations telling you the system has no errors. If you trade spot maybe it’s fine, the selection of coins is what drew me in. But if you are perps trading, absolutely they will steal from you. I had a position liquidate immediately upon hitting buy. I had an unauthorized copy trade open by a sketchy trader with 100% losses and the position made me lose $212. All in all, this sketchy, glitchy, centralized scam robbed me of about $5k. I don’t like taking the time to leave negative reviews but it feels necessary to caution as many people as possible. Plenty of exchanges out there, don’t get mugged by this one.

This exchange delisting coins left and right, every day. Not reliable, you loose money by delisting coins consistently sometimes no notes. Be careful

Their reduce margin functionality doesn’t work. Even after I complained and they told me they “fixed” the issue and even after I updated the app, it still doesn’t work, Their withdraw fees is 100x compared to others. (E.g MEXC LTC withdraw fee is 0.001 LTC and xt.com fees is a whopping 0.01 LTC. 1000% higher fee), they have one of the most sluggish and slowest in app I ever seen. And overall just lacks many key functions such as being able to adjust leverage WITHOUT needing to add more liquidity. Their platform is very suspicious considering they let such negligence to continue on despite the fact it’s been brought up to them. Never ever use them if you want to be profitable. They lack many key functions compared to other exchanges.

Horrible exchange. Fees are ridiculous. Derivatives trading fees are 10x higher than normal. To withdrawal a $100 of any token is at least $35. 0/10 exchange
