xTiles: notes, tasks, projects

Does NOT offer the ability to create new projects/blocks on the iPad/iPhone. For this reason, I’m going back to Notion rather than having my projects on X tiles.

i've been using notion for about two years now and i absolutely love it and this app was recommended by a friend so i thought i'd try it out. the web on browser is amazing and super easy to use and organise however i would not recommend using from your phone at all it's very inconvenient, often glitches and sometimes the app randomly crashes. not sure if the last part is because of my actual phone but yeah, would not recommend at all to download the app!

I love it visually and the browser version is great but can you not add new blocks from the app or is that a glitch because from both my phone and tablet I can only edit what I put there on a computer

One of the most predatory privacy practices I have come across for a new product/app. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You have built such a fantastic product only to ruin it with a hugely abusive lack of privacy. If you care even the tiniest bit about your personal information you must avoid this developer at all costs. I’m truly disgusted.

I recently started using xtiles in order to be more organised and its great! The design is super easy but flexible to use and has loads of templates, you can also customise colours and icons! It’s a simpler to use and more aesthetic version of notion :)

i love how minimalistic this app is and is super helpful when i have multiple deadlines for different things which helps me to keep up with my schedule. great for internship tracking! also love how i have sync across my laptop, ipad and iphone

I’m on iPad and I can’t move or resize anything:(

i’ve been trying to get into this app as it’s an easier alternative to notion but there’s a bug for just trying to type and backspace in notes. like if i want to add a word in between two already typed words, the space automatically goes to the end of the second word. the same goes for trying to hit the back space button. it will jump to a previous word and backspace from there

I enjoy it but WHY CANT I DELETE THE SECTIONS I CREATE FROM MY PHONE? WHY CAN’T I REARRANGE THEM ON THE BOARD??? I’m sad and I have all this space being taken up by empty sections that I cannot delete. Grr !

The first thing the app and website make you do is tell them what kind of work you do. I never got past this point because none of the options applied and there was no way to get around it without choosing an option that has nothing to do with me. I told it I was using the platform for personal reasons so why is it even asking?
