Always always always closes when finishing an inventory and you lose all info you just spent hours counting. The app is absolute garbage. Only use on computer as it won’t crash.

It's a bit cumbersome to have to log into the app every time I use it. Please come up witb a saved log in option.

You will have to go through at least five captchas to try and log in. So unnecessary!!! Fix this and stop wasting our time logging in.

Face ID never works. Glitchy. Bot protection is insanely inconvenient.

Inventory UI needs to be updated to correctly fit the larger formatting for pro max models. Also, inventory counts do not automatically save after each entry and you have to manually go to the next item on your list. This is extremely Lu inefficient.

The cacha, just keeps looping over and over again and it’s super annoying not be able to log into something you pay so much money for it

The apps biometric password functions do not work, and on top of that you’ll have to punch in your password every time you try to use the app. Not to mention every fifth or sixth time you’ll have to go through verification to make sure you’re not a robot.

You’ll spend more time trying to login than trying to scan an invoice. You’ll get through the endless images to press, then be told it was invalid. The scanner is also poor, and you have to try and get the manual button to appear to speed things along. A lot of adjustments needed to make this app worth it.
