the app it self, keeps closing and doesn’t show the full charts and indicators on the real live trades. But on the demo trades everything works 100%. The support staff that help you throughout your trading experience are uncoordinated. And don’t listen or fix the problem. I have emailed and used in app but for my proof of residence and ID And one or the other is never registered on there system. I requested several call backs at specific times that I have never received and when I do request the money I put in to be taken out it tells me that my ID or POR is not registered.
