Xview Dash Cam

Doesn’t connect no matter what we try. Suggest that people look elsewhere for a camera.

Almost rubbish this app doesn’t work always say connected but no live view and I can’t see any video of the dash cam

Spoke to Customer Support. I couldn’t connect with the XView app. It is out of date with current IOS 17 and they told me to download NT Dashcam instead.Works perfectly and I’m able to adjust the settings and get live view.

Bought the dash cam from repco and installed it and couldn’t get the cam to link with my I-phone 7 plus ,tried everthing and got so frustrated then rang the customer support number and got the best support from a tech support guy and went through step by step and rectified a couple of problems with my phone and works perfectly,Thankyou XVIEW great product.

Why don’t you peanuts update this app? Appalling treatment by you towards the people that were misled by your shonky claims of features and advertising. Have some respect for those that have had the misfortune to purchase your woeful product!

My experience seems like a few other peoples. Unable to connect the Dashcam to the app. I have taken the Dashcam back, swapped it over and am still having the same issues. The device is connected to the WiFi. The Dashcam is recording. It’s the app that is not working.

Absolute rubbish after spending $260 on a dashcam that has no aftermarket support, I’ve followed the guide it doesn’t pair with a smart phone whilst driving along it takes continuous photos of nothing infront of my vehicle, I’ve sent several emails to rectify the issues and still haven’t had a simple reply luck to get one star as a rating Don’t waste your money

THE APP HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FROM DAY 1! CANT EVEN CONNECT MY MOBILE!!! Return your dashcam and buy another one!

This does not connect with 6S! Tried it all ways. Won’t be buying another one of these for my other cars.

If I have the option to rate ZERO, I will. This cam is so disgusting. No showing any record, alway say “something went wrong” or “error null”😡😡😡. I did all my best to fix it. Deleted the app and re install, follow all the instruction n the manual, follow all the step in the youtube but still the same. My regret to buy this is better than me. Please do not buy this one if you do not like to have headaches.
