This is a real app with no scams or hidden charges. Customers and Drivers are treated in a perfect way. I can’t just recommend but I can only say that never judge if you don’t try and see the difference.

I reach safe and fast with XXride. They charge the cheapest fares in the market. I booked a taxi today and get an immediate message from the driver on the app to confirm my pickup location and timing. The driver was very friendly and he checked the fastest way on google map to avoid the traffic. I loved the apple pay option which is easier and more secure . Highly recommended!

I took a ride today and paid with Apple Pay. it's lovely how smooth the experience was. (I loved the Tesla lol)

What you see is what you get with XXRIDE. Loved their service and they charged me exactly as it is shown while booking.

Took multiple rides and captains are super friendly and polite. He even helped me with all the luggage to my door.

The app said 5 mins away, however the driver who accepted it was 2 mins away… I believe these things happen by luck sometimes ?

We are tourists here in Dubai and was recommended the app by one of the Drivers who was standing outside the mall. My husband and I are old, we need assistance to move around. We contacted XXRIDE customer service based on the advice of the driver and they were kind enough to inform the driver to be at our disposal throughout the day to assist us. The driver was helpful and kind enough to assist us in getting around town.

I have tried booking a ride, the driver accepted my ride immediately but he was a bit far from me. So, I cancelled the trip, ordered again and another driver who accepted the trip was much closer to me. The same is happening with uber and Careem during rush hours… I hope they could do better on it. But overall experience was as expected.

That OTP feature… oh don’t let me start…!! I think I saved my life expenses because of it ? as a frequent user of other apps previously, a lot of times the driver would pick up someone else who is pretending to be me.. so you can only imagine your charges ?
