Y-Disk

Just received 128gb stick today have to plug into iPhone 13 Pro multiple times before app sees the usb stick. Have only been able to copy a photo from phone to stick unable to copy anything back to iPhone waste of money seeking refund it’s sees the music on stick and I choose copy it does but their is no paste feature to the iPhone

When plugged into iPad Pro its own files app sees the USB drive but Y-Disk says no USB plugged in.

Downloaded the app for nothing, phone never recognised the usb, tried for hours trying to get my phone to recognise it but it never did. Tried so hard the cheap plastic material snapped.

Can you update the software as on iPhone it’s saying the device is not supported.

I bought a lightning compatible flash drive in the assumption I could use it to copy files to and from my iPhone. Turns out that unlike other lightning OTG products I have, this app needs to be installed to see the data on the flash drive. And the app itself does not appear to let me copy files from my phone memory to the flash drive and vice versa. Utter waste on money!

Please fix this. Copy photo from phone to usb using y disk and viewing usb, the file is corrupted or not viewable. This stopped working after software update via App Store. Please fix it

When photos are transferred the metadata of date and time taken, and location, is lost. Useless for backing up photos.

It is okay at the start or a few weeks, but after a few months all files and photos are gone. Phone cannot recognise this USB flash drive. Even though already inserted it popped out "insert your flash drive". What a wasted time and money. NOT RELIABLE!!!

What a subpar app!! It’s like being in the 80s, speed of transfer is slower than a tortoise on a holiday, definitely not recommended, do your self a favour and stay away 👎🏻

Worked for about an hour. Then tells me to plug in the usb. Scam!
