Having to pay an upfront payment of minimum 99 AED while your credit card is registered is not practical especially that I can’t find a car every time I want one. I would like to be able to figure out how far the car is easier!

This app steals money
The app only have top up option of minimum 99 AED. After the trip if you have money in your wallet it cant be refunded back to your account. When contacted by customer service they were very rude and blocked my account, not allowing me to remove my bank card from the app, i had to contact the bank cancel the card as i don’t trust Yaldi with my card details being stored on their system while my account is blocked and i am unable to cancel it.
Pure scam
They will show you cars on the app while it’s not there and when you will call them they will tell you we will refund back the money to your application and they will deduct the money from your account
Worst Car rental Experience IN DUBAI
I had an awful experience with Yaldi Car Rental. This company seems more focused on finding ways to drain your wallet than providing decent customer service. Every interaction felt like a setup, with hidden fees and obscure terms and conditions suddenly brought up to justify extra charges. It felt more like exploitation than a fair rental process. On top of that, I was very concerned about their lax security measures. Yaldi didn’t require any OTP or verification for payments, leaving my credit card and personal information at risk. In today’s world, this lack of security is simply unacceptable. For anyone looking for a secure and reliable car rental in Dubai, I highly recommend exploring alternatives like Udrive for peace of mind and trustworthy service.
Navigate issue
Navigation does not work. Whenever i press navigate, it doesn’t take to third party navigation app like google maps or Waze. Please fix this as Iam having big issue to navigate the car.
Prices are next level amazing!
Absolutely love this app, can go anywhere anytime for such a cheap price. Incredible cars with good conditions. Keep it up Yaldi!

They don’t care at all. Phone number can’t be changed, can’t login, chasing for like a month with no response ! And the account has a credit of 100
