The application forced 4 times to bound card with it, so it’s deducted 8 Dirhams from me, but for some reasons display just 2 on balance. And after these all I did not manage to take electro-scooter for a ride, it’s just display working hours for me, but I was trying to ride in the middle of the day, all must be fine, but not with this application

This is super easy to use, most affordable than other ride share apps across UAE. Thanks Yalla for providing this green alternative to commute.

I scanned the code and I didn’t ride it even an i was clicking cancel the ride and it wasn’t responding and it kept taking money from my account

Easy to use, however youre Not allowed to ride out of Aljada. Customer service isn’t the friendliest or maybe not trained on how to talk to customers . It wasn’t a pleasant experience
