Delivery guy didn’t have id, security didn’t allow him to come to apartment. I had to stop my import call to go downstairs and pick up my order. I said about the situation to customer service, and got answer: we hire drivers even without emirates id. I said: and even without passport? Customer service: your security didn’t allow to the driver to come with driving license, talk with your security. I just said: other delivery companies in dubai take care about customers and give bonuses if there is any issue. Will never use this app again and don’t recommend.

В этот раз превзошли все ожидания. Просто не привезли заказ. Позвонил курьер, сказал что уже на парковке и исчез. Заказ не получили! Совет: если скачали приложение, то удалите его. Толку от него нет
