Beschreibung

YaoYao is featured by the App Store and Apple Newsroom.
Jump rope is a simple, effective, and an economical aerobic workout. You can choose to jump rope anytime, anywhere.
Currently, Apple Watch allows you to track multiple workouts including running or cycling, and swimming, but not jump rope.
Often, counting your jumps during your jump rope workout is essential and is an important aspect. YaoYao utilizes Apple Watch’s motion sensors to calculate your jumps. YaoYao literally costs you no more than an ordinary jump rope.

I have used YaoYao for a couple of years now and absolutely love this app. From the accurate counting, HIIT training and data, it has it all. And I accidentally came across the app one day and have not looked back. If you are looking for a way to keep up your skipping and cardio, this is a great way to do it. :) Thanks to the developers for putting this together.

我根本不知道这货还要多付4.49刀,在我们没有注册只是下载而已!过分!千万!

So worth it.

As a beginner, doing a 1000 jumps a day challenge seems like daunting task. Not only does it count your jumps accurately but it shows how consistent you’ve been and your improvement via it’s cool dotted chart. Also, unlike the free ones I’ve tried this easily shows up on your Apple Watch (my ones really old btw) and counts your jumps not how many times you’ve moved your arm.

Poor counting

Great app on both watch and phone but it misses a lot of skips. It recorded 56 and 165 in a minute when both were at the same intensity and speed. Highly inaccurate counting.

Such a game changer!

It has changed my jumping rope game for the better especially the counter on the watch version! The iPhone version has history of jump rope details. I use the data to analyse my skipping performance and intensity. It has helped improving my workout everyday! Love love love it! Highly recommend!

Not accurate

Records around 20 jumps per hundred counts Update to developer response Watch rebooted before I posted this review So the issue is that the app records 20 jumps when I have actually skipped 100 jumps Records only 20% of actual jumps PS Double jump is NOT enabled

Should really put a work into reps counting

The app's counting zero while I’m jumping up and down and sweating. It’s a perfect app if this minus (but desperate) bug’s been fixed, but it’s not, at the moment.

Good app

I like the app and it works well, just have an issue with the HR and calories not reading or recording. Contacted developers who responded quickly but issue remains.

Just the fact that all you need is your Apple Watch makes a huge difference, it gets me really motivated to see the skipping count right on my wrist and the the integration with Activity workouts is awesome. Thank you!

I love this app!

So good for tracking your skipping progress. Excellent integration with Apple Watch. Makes it so easy! The milestones help motivate you and I really like the listing of skipping sessions throughout a month. Also really good at tracking heart rate and skips per minute! Well done.
