Can the personal shopper be vigilant, everytime there’s always missing items.

They never deliver all the items you ordered! They don’t even refund

The landing page is not user friendly at all, it’s difficult to navigate to the items/groceries. Also, the driver left with my change, said the app would credit it to my account, I’m still waiting and it’s been 2 weeks.

This is such a horrible app with horrible services, i only turn to it when its the last option. Their tracking for orders had a bug, got very slow customer service and when i did they made it my problem. The told me “the driver will call you when he is there” what an inconvenience, HE DIDNT EVEN CALL. He sent me a please call, so ontop of the money i spent for such a horrible service they want me to use my airtime to call the driver when i could be using the tracking option.😡 They didn’t compensate me whatsoever, the tracking bug happened not once but TWICE and they failed to help me both times. Absolutely Annoying App, please use anything else Worse of all, They auto-add ratings for delivery and past orders at 5 stars! don’t know if this is another bug or a tatic to give them a good reputation, couldn’t even complain and show my frustration. I gave it a one cause i could give it 0, save yourself.

This app is so slow. The estimated delivery time is just a lie

The store didn’t have something i ordered in stock and it wasn’t communicated to me to ask if i want a substitute. I didn’t notice the missing item up until today, when i called they offerd a refund and they were aware that the item wasn’t included in my order. Had i not called they would have kept my money

Absolutely love the quick service! My goods were neatly packed 😊 really loved how quick the delivery was considering I live at a very isolated area! 🙌🏽
