New app too slow and is gitching
This app is very slow is hanging up, customer services is not picking up the call, its quite annoying, they used to be better before

Won’t let me activate
Most contacts in my phone are not showing on the app Cannot text people that’s no in the apps contacts. Cannot add anyone within the app either. Very basic app
Does not stay active when you leave the app, so you don’t get calls coming through. Freezes a lot and is slow. Needs to be rebuilt better.
Been using this for a little while now and disappointed. Sometimes calls don’t even come through at all. Then you look at the app and you’ve missed a call. Also have issues of freezing and not showing data. I’m using on a 14 Pro so shouldn’t be the phone.
It helps to have landline with me all the time however recently (despite having newest iphone) microphone is not working. I can hear caller but they can't hear me at all (doesn't matter if its headphones, normal or speaker) weird.
I dont think a specialist software engineer is looking at this app. You cant register Administrator error Not happy with it at all
But no iPad version is a big let down. I would like the iPad to become my desk phone via the app, but it’s not there at all yet.
The app just keeps freezing so I have to delete and re download all the time, it’s probably happened at least 20 times, when a call comes in on our standard work line via yay my mobile also rings through the app which is fine however when the call is answered it keeps ringing on my phone through the app, I have advised yay of the issue and they can’t seem to help which is very frustrating, my phone is an iPhone 11 Pro with the latest software.
