The latest update is nothing about improvements and fixes. Now the adverts are difficult to get past and at just the time you need to view a camera feed.

As soon as you try and use this the app crashes

I don’t know why this app is so slow, my internet speed is over 300mb and I’m using a new iPhone and it still don’t make any difference??? Operating the camera is a chore with its heavily delayed movement!!! Can you please update this app, I don’t think it’s been updated for a long time???

Very poor quality application The device disconnected more tim I should be turning off the device and again turn on to connect it Every 30 minutes I should disconnect and connect power to working true

Avoid any camera that uses this software its just a scam to get you to pay for an extortionate cloud use, the sad card recording doesn’t work , horrible

Auto renewed a subscription I bought of 18 months cloud storage. 1. I NEVER agree to auto renewals or subscriptions. They say I did. If it was in the small print it was microscopic because I am certain I didn’t and absolutely would not for something like this!!! 2. They took $69 USD 12 months after I bought the subscription, instead of 18 months when it should run out. 3. They will not give me the extra 6 months I paid for. 4. They will not refund the money. 5. They are ignoring my emails after their initial “tough luck” responses. Absolute SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Cheap cameras but the severs are so slow its pointless, send the camera back and get something better, dont be fooled and pay for storage or cloudcam packages

Camera quality seems ok but the app is useless. Be tried this one and the + one, both useless . Cannot whatever I do get into Settings. App developer never replies or helps ...and the page is in Japanese or some such like. Overall waste of time.
