Avoid this App!!! The App asked to pre-authorise a “higher amount” when you book a taxi, but then after the ride the taxi driver asked me to pay for another time which is DOUBLE of the pre-authorised amount. They claim that there is a Christmas surcharge and there is a meter (but he can’t show me any meter on the taxi). Customer service is also very rude. Although it was finally agreed and I paid on the middle, I feel really bad to be told off and for so much time wasted.

Used the app to prebook a cab from the airport. It didn’t show. I had to call. The one they said they were going to send didn’t turn up either. Useless

Good company but Ap is terrible. Clocks on there still haven’t been put back so can’t pre book on it. Pointless

First class always on time reasonably priced great service I always use yellow Cabs’s all the drivers are polite the cars are always clean and tidy and I always tip them for the great service they provide 👍

Just had a taxi from yellow cabs in Bedminster absolutely fantastic service very professional in his work customer service 5 star driver could not of been more helpful with my bags very polite taxi arrived with in 10 min of calling taxi

This app is a bit rough around the edges. It didn’t verify my phone number properly and didn’t load my correct location. Doesn’t feel like a proper app - avoid!

Very good service, I rang them and they were at my door within 5 mins, very cheap and very cheerful driver, I will be using them again

Wow.... Used this app to get my misses home from a party in Portishead on her own. She was very impressed with service!! Highly recommended🙌🏽
