Balance top up is problematic, always need to fill up wallet balance instead of being charged from a card like in other riding apps, bicycle are in the worst condition on average

Я работал курьером и каждый день использовал этот сервис Минусы: 1) 90% самокатов сломаны (это очень не безопасно) 2) самокат может сам по себе выключиться в пути 3) старые и изношенные самокаты 4) по сравнению с другими сервисами мало зон для езды и парковок Плюсы: 1) цена 2) быстрый ответ поддержки в тг

1) Limited parking zones. You can't park your scooter in many places whereas you can do so with JET. 2) PRICIER THAN JET 3) Many of the Yerevan Ride e-scooters require maintenance. During my nighttime commute a few days back the lights were off and wouldn't turn on.

App is hard to use. Scooters are ugly and not convenient. Rides are expensive and Apple Pay topup has a big commission (200 amd)

Բարև Ձեզ,այս ծրագիրը շատ լավն է,ուղղակի մի խնդիր կա՝ հնարավո՞ր է միաժամանակ 2 սկանավորումի մինիմալ արժեքը ցածրացնել,դարձնելով՝ 1000 դրամ,որովհետև եթե մի սկանավորման մինիմալ չափը արժե 500դր,ապա միաժամանակ 2 սկանավորման մինիմալ արժեքը թող լինի 1000 դրամ։Նախապես Շնորհակալություն 😁👍🏻։
