Very bad stock trading app !!! Nothing can beat this in worst ratings compared to any other stock trading platforms available!!! Not sure how someone can really make their portfolio worth investing through this! Yes bank really need to learn lessons from others and get trained!!

When we select stock sip on days we don’t have option select how many working days that we need to choose it has only option to select month need to rectify it even it is the same for week. Please have a look at it and fix it accordingly

I feel they are more focused on selling trading related products by showing big hope and later no on keep connect to you.they are more into making money for them and not clients
Portfolio and dashboard value shows not equal, ipo alloted not showing, manually everytime u have to call or mail to customer care but they do nothing, very disturbing to open account with yes security

Don’t go for their plans. False promises. Don’t waste your money in their fees. You’ll end up with frustration. Local partners have better plans. Especially Vashi branch
There is delay in updation of share price and PnL. When the stock market is closed, LTP is changing frequently affecting my overall PnL. Sometimes it shows your overall portfolio as NIL. Super slow customer care support. Overall not a good exp with the app
Customer executive are arrogant and not supportive they are not aware of their duties and moreover dont know how to talk to customer and take their feedback casually very proud of their third class services i wasted my 25k.
