Would be great if the app would integrate data with healthy app, recorded calories burned and match heart rate data, etc.

Very good cycling app that is compatible with Yesoul bike. Developer should add more routes and more training program so the users can experience variety.

The latest version of Yesoul Sports is very good but it has something annoying to me, that is when using the app for tracking my pace or calories I have burned. Its turn out that the screen went off automatically. I just curious why this function do not have ‘always on’ function, I think it’s necessary for any users. Moreover, the earlier version I always use the app while listening my Spotify and its fine. But for this version, after I played my music on Spotify and switched to this app the music suddenly stopped. Please resolve this problem because I’d like to listen to music or podcasts on Spotify while riding the Yesoul.

Customer service DOES NOT respond!! Mirroring does not work past 1 day! It just stops and you can’t get it back connected!! Support is basically non existent!! The screen will have sound but NO PICTURE!! This app is not good!! It’s useless with the YESOUL app!! This app only works on the phone!! Does not work on the screen/ bike!! I have the YESOUL G1 M Bike!! If I could give 0 starts I would!!!

I purchased the Yesoul bike to start my bike workout journey. I am actually excited about my bike and was looking forward to using it. The bike was really easy to put together. The only thing is I haven’t been able to test the bike out yet because they failed to put the cord to turn it on in my box. I reached out to them several times via email because that is the ONLY way you can get in touch with them and they refuse to send the missing item. They are trying to make me purchase a cord that was missing. The bike is still under warranty (1 year). I have been going back and forth with them for some time now with no resolution. Horrible customer service experience. I will never purchase another item from this company again.

Keep getting an error. I restart the bike, hit the + button on the app. At first I can see the bike on the device list. When I hit “connect” it says that it failed to connect. And then the bike never shows up. Have looked up manuals and everything but there’s nothing out there. Hoping I get a response from the customer service team. Would not have bought the bike if I knew that the TV only works with this horrible app

Doesn’t work the way it’s advertised

I was excited about buying the Yesoul G1 MAX/Elephant. I’m so disappointed. My Bluetooth disconnects when my 2G network connects. Therefore I can’t cast YouTube. I didn’t get the free Mat that was offered. When I inquired they said they can’t combine the $100 promo with the free mat. Yet the free mat was advertised right underneath the bike information and there was no stipulation that both offers could not be combined. It looks like I’ll have to use my TV. Yesoul’s Monitor is ALL PLASTIC TV and is now rendered useless. I could have saved $100 and gotten a regular spin bike without it. The two stars are for the sturdy bike, fast delivery, and quick response from support. I won’t recommend this company and products to anyone else and will provide a negative review to 672,000 TikTok and IG followers. Never again!

Very happy with the quality of bike that I bought. However, the app won’t allow me to even do a free ride that displays my distance travelled or speed without a subscription. I understand needing a subscription for classes, but not being able to do a free ride is exceptionally disappointing.

Since the update, my phone is no longer connecting to the app.. the app connects to the bike but when you try to do a ride it no longer works.. Seems like there are a lot of issues with this app and the connectivity. I cannot use the bike any longer with the Yesoul app..
