I ordered skin care products and it took more then 1 month and 1 of the Medicube product was cancelled. Customer service is so bad and there is no explanation what is going on with my orders. It took my money, nerve and everything. I never experienced with online shopping like this and it was my worst one. I would never order any stuff through this app.

It takes forever to deliver the parcel. I broke out so bad because of the long wait. Does not worth it, not buying again

I deeply regret ordering from YesStyle. I placed my order at the beginning of November 2024, and now it’s the end of December, yet I still haven’t received it. There’s no sign of it arriving anytime soon either—what kind of service is this? Hi, YesStyle Team, Don’t you think this is unacceptable? Customers place orders expecting timely delivery, yet you’ve done nothing to fulfill mine. If you can’t meet customer expectations, why do you even accept orders? This has been an extremely frustrating experience. YesStyle’s service is terrible, and I will never order from here again.please dnt order from here this is worst and worst service i had ever

Best app ever !!!

It’s absolutely amazing! So many products not just skincare, but fashion , lifestyle , and health ! I definitely recommend this , the skincare they sell is real and works really well , the clothes are beautiful, and so much more . There are even discount codes that give you a huge discount . This app definitely saved my life , time , and money !

The delivery is slightly delayed, but you can find every Korean product at great prices compared to other websites

The date they give is not real my order was placed 15 days ago and i checked its still ready to ship. Fake scam website.

Very slow in progress

: The processing time for my items was excessively long, and I was frustrated to discover that refunds are only issued as store credit. Additionally, when returning items, I was responsible for paying the postage, which feels unfair. Overall, the company does not take responsibility for the delays in processing or delivery, leaving customers feeling unsupported. Interacting with the customer service team was unhelpful; the only response I received was that they were waiting for the products to process. This was particularly disheartening, considering it had been months since I placed my order, and it still hadn't been processed. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Amazing selection of clothes, makeup, beauty products, etc. love this app so much it brings me so much joy except for when I realise my wallet was drained because of it 😭
