Yeti VPN : Best App VPN Master

I purchased a 1-year subscription but was not given an account or an activation code or whatever to access this VPN. I tried to “restore purchase” with this App on my Apple devices but it always shows “no record found”. I tried numerous times to contact the developer from within this App’s support screen, which promises to contact users “ASAP”. But in fact nobody responds - I suppose you will never hear from them. So, I paid a full 1-year subscription and I am denied access - forever getting stuck in this “testing period expired” mode. I have a reason to believe this is a scam, though I hope not, given the OK quality of this VPN. Being very desperate, so here I am - writing a very negative review in order to get somebody’s attention. If the developer of this App ever gets back to me to help fix the problem, I will post a follow-up and change the review rating. Otherwise, I am here to send out warning to anybody who considers buying this app - think twice, or you might end up like me, paying a few hundred bucks and gets nothing.
