YI 360-VR Camera

The company no longer supports the app or the product and no longer sells any 360 degree camera. The app used to be pretty good, but now is almost useless. You can still view 360 photos by connecting the camera to the phone, but sharing to Facebook is now broken so there is no way to get your photos onto social media. Does anyone know of any software that can read the format and stitch the photos together if I transfer the files from the memory card?

Bought my Yi 360 vr and download this app but never worked ?? It shows connected but no live view Video ... disappointed ....

Preview pops up a message, app can no longer be used that way but can be used for viewing local stored content. PLEASE MAKE THIS APP WORK WITH THE CAMERA AGAIN!

The app doesn’t connect with iOS 13. They are aware but won’t fix it. Meh Remove from amazon and update your description. This is NOT iPhone compatible anymore.

The app was working fine (cellular service has to be turned off to see video) until I updated to the latest OS, 13.2.3, and here I am at a job site unable to connect the camera to the app. I have restarted the app, restarted the camera, restarted my phone, forgotten the Yi network and reconnected, and the app still does not see the camera! There hasn’t been in update to this app in over a year and the app support website isn’t in English. 🤬 I use this camera for work and have owned it only 10 months. Fix this please!

Don’t buy!! Not working with iOS 13. Customer service claims it works but check the online reviews for yourself. App and firmware have not been updated for over a year.

The app will not connect to the camera on iOS 13.

Wouldn’t be a horrible idea to update this app. Since iOS 13, doesn’t connect. Wow!
