This app is horrible- connection is constantly dropped due to server issues and the amount of commercials when opening the app is unbelievable- recommend to pass and use something else

This is garbage, and the people who designed this app are garbage, people should not buy it to avoid being fooled, the people behind this software are a bunch of hungry dogs, a bunch of ugly dogs!

At first I was really hyped about the cameras but then a week passed and every morning it keeps disconnecting with wifi , when there's nothing wrong and I'm having trouble now :/ also every time a bug or trees move it detects it but when someone drives in no ? WTH !

The camera works maybe two days a week then it resets itself. I have tried to remove my card from auto renew and cancel with no luck. I’m told to go to this link and it says up date app however the gap shows all updates done and none available. If you can take my card in an app you should also be able to cancel it there.

Whole company is full of spy’s and hackers. But that’s what you get when you buy cheap Chinese junk. Camera moves on its own like it’s looking for something and I’ll constantly find it repositioned. I personally reached out to company about this but of course they have no explanation. These people and there brand are disgustingly corrupt organize. If you have bought there camera and are still new then please get away from this app and throw out your camera ASAP. THEY ARE WATCHING YOU.

They “say” you can use the camera without a subscription. But you can’t see any of the recordings without the subscription! All you can do is see the current live view. The app itself is clunky. 1)get an alert. 2) open the app. 3) CAREFULLY hit the tiny button to get past the full screen ad 4) click on the camera to find out what ever triggered it is gone. AND if you try to get at the recording (which I assume is stored locally on the SD card.), you get an ad telling you to subscribe. And the record of the recording disappears.

This is a scam one morning it was just me and my sister chilling home alone when my mom had called us and said she was just checking on us but also the camera was moving we asked her if she was moving the camera she said no we were worried my sister walked from the living room to the kitchen and the camera had followed her we immediately unplugged it now lives in the dumpster.

Yo intente contactarlos porque compré cámaras pero prácticamente era como que si me obligara por pagar el servicio “descuento de invitado” el cual pagué $26.99 por 1 año y así poder ver cómo se ven las cámaras. Al final del día no me gustaron las cámaras ni la calidad ni la aplicación y nunca contestaron los correos electrónicos para un refound porque todo lo hice en menos de 24horas!

When I bought two cameras, I thought I was fortunate to have chosen these. Then I realized I was paying for 5 camera service versus 2, there was no option to choose single or 2. Then when I tried to call them, there was no number or email to reach the company. Anyway I was able to find service for a single camera for a year but the video was not a full blown one. Then I had to buy cloud service to see the videos as I could not view the videos at all. Then they cancelled the previous service. It was working fine and then since July 27! The camera just went offline and yesterday, I got fed up and canceled my subscription As I kept getting alerts to buy other services. I realized it was a ploy to buy other service so I canceled my service and then the camera starts working again and was supposed to until the subscription period ended. I have no desire to work with a ghost company where you cannot reach anyone for support or ask for guidance.
